Didirikan pada akhir 2004 oleh Susi Pudjiastuti, Susi Air awalnya didirikan untuk mengantarkan muatan perikanan dari perusahaan lain milik Susi, PT ASI Pudjiastuti. Gempa bumi Samudera Hindia 2004 yang terjadi di pesisir barat Sumatra beberapa saat setelah dua pesawat Cessna Grand Caravan pertama Susi Air dipesan, langsung digunakan untuk membantu pengiriman peralatan dan obat-obatan bagi regu penolong.
Pada 2005 Grand Caravan ketiga bergabung dengan armada Susi Air sehingga Susi Air dapat memulai penerbangan berjadwal dari Medan. Selanjutnya selain beberapa Grand Caravan tambahan, Diamond Twin Star, Pilatus Turbo Porter dan Diamond Diamond Star pun ditambahkan ke dalam armada Susi Air. Pada Juni 2009, Susi Air mengumumkan bahwa mereka telah memesan 30 pesawat Grand Caravan di Paris Air Show. Bulan berikutnya, Piaggio Avanti pertama Susi Air mulai digunakan.

1. IT Support
Kualifikasi :
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT Support and Networking (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
- Maximum age 30 years
- Networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, Server / SSH, DHCP
- Familiar with Mikrotik (wireless, routeros, radius server)
- Understand tasks as IT Support, Windows operating systems, Linux, and Ms. Office
- Dedicated and easy to work with
- English is a mandatory
Tanggung Jawab :
- Troubleshoot and prepare: PC configuration, Notebook/Laptop, server, printer, wifi network, CCTV, Mikrotik, operating system, and application
- Handle inventory assets, make IT Budget Plans, search for IT equipment specifications and make price quotes
- Supporting the needs and handling of problems relating to IT
- Monitor and maintain systems, local servers, and computer networks
- Assisting operational activities around IT Support and Networking
- Control the supervision and maintenance of network infrastructure, network security systems, hardware, software, equipment and other IT equipment
2. Crew Resources Department
Kualifikasi :
- Dedicated and easy to work with

- Aviation Background
- Physically & Mentally health
- Can Operate computers, especially Ms. Excel
- Good Character
- Creative, Open minded, eager learner, honest
- Can work individually or in teams
- Has no criminal record
- Skills in multitasking
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
- Work well under pressure
Tanggung Jawab :
- Monitor pilots hours
- Monitor planes hours
- Organize crew schedule
- Update the internal system with plane, pilots and operation information
3. Full Stack Web Developer
Kualifikasi :
- Minimum 2 years of web and mobile development experience
- Ability to manually code web frontend application
- Strong database experience with SQL and or NoSql
- Proven experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP
- Experience with AJAX, JSON
- Experience with E-commerce websites
- Able to integrate with 3rd party services
- Proven experience is REST API
- Able to develop using VueJs or NuxtJs, React or NextJs, Typescript is a great plus
- Experience in mobile or hybrid application (IOS and Android) is a great plus
- Positive attitude is expected
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice
- Ability to keep learning and adapt new web/mobile technologies
- Ability to handle pressure and work within tight schedules.
- English is a mandatory
Tanggung Jawab :
- Update website with the most current information
- Develop, test and deploy dynamic web-based solutions
- Develop mobile apps and or hybrid apps is a plus
- Integrate third party system like payment solution, travel agency
- Work collaboratively with business and operation to determine web templates, designs and user journey
- Work as back end and front end developer
4. Product Owner
Kualifikasi :
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university especially in Business majors with excellent project management abilities, a knowledge of E-Commerce
- Min. 1 year of work experience as a product owner,/ fresh graduates with an internship in the E-Commerce industry or equivalent practical experience.
- Understanding of canvas model: Idea validation, Design thinking, Business model
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A desire to work in a fast-paced results-driven environment with multiple responsibilities
- Understanding of Trello, JIRA. Be able to write user stories that describe the website design based on the user's needs.
- Knowledge in Software Engineering, Algorithm or User Research is a PLUS
- English is a mandatory
Tanggung Jawab :
- Understand about the user experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas.
- Working closely with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute and track product release from the beginning to the end
- Manage product backlog regarding the product roadmap and target. Map out project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development.
- Prioritizing needs, overseeing the development stages, and evaluating product progress at each iteration.
- Engage stakeholders in leadership, research, data, support, and team coordination to ensure product and strategy alignment.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to identify and resolve product development issues.
