Saat ini,  PT Adaro Eenergy sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk lulusan / pendidikan S1 , berikut kami informasikan posisi yang tersedia dan kualifikasinya. 

1. HR OFFICER

Job Responsibilities

Ensuring the implementation of Human Resource activities (management and development employees also company organizations) and General Affairs (transportation, accommodation, maintenance of company assets, etc.) in order to support company operational activities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.

  • Implement organizational development programs in accordance with the strategy, company policies and needs so that all strategies and company policies can be implemented well.
  • Carry out the recruitment & selection process for new employee candidates in accordance with the needs to support the company's operational activities (through internal sourcing, showing advertisements in mass media/internet or via job fairs/collaborating with University, CV selection, interview schedule arrangement and Medical Check Up).
  • Carry out management activities and fulfillment of employee rights in accordance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations employment so that all employees can be well managed in order to support the success of the company's operational activities.
  • Implementing internal/external employee development programs training or implementation of assessment in accordance with the needs & budget that has been company approved.
  • Establishing company communication with employees, between employees and compiling company regulations and ensure that dispute handling can be resolved according to with applicable regulations so as to create industrial relations that conducive relationship between employees and the company.
  • Supervise the HR Information System in an integrated employee database with the HR System app
  • Carry out activities to fulfill and maintain work needs for employees (workspace, vehicle, accommodation, etc.) to ensure compliance with applicable policy.
  • Carrying out Human Resources administration work in the form of making letters Job Offers, Employment Agreement Letters, Transfer Letters, Promotion Letters, Reference Letters, Decree of Appointment of Employees, Jamsostek, Certificate Work and take care of employment permits and obligations such as: must report the company to the local Manpower Office in Jakarta

Job Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) of Psychology / Management / Administration / Law
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the same position
  • Having experience in recruitment & selection management, remuneration management and office administration
  • Having experience using SAP system is a plus.
  • Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan (Kelanis)


2. HSE RESPONSIVE & HYDROCARBON MONITORING SUPERVISOR

Job responsibilities

Identifying potentional environmental disturbance and ensure the implementation of environmental aspect management related to domestic waste, hydrocarbons and B3 according to provisions and regulations.

Job requirement
  • Bachelor Degree of Environmental/Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in mining / research institutes
  • Have experienced of supervising B3
  • Have experience as a water/air sampling officer
  • Certified POP
  • Have knowledge about K3LH

3. INBOUND AGGREGATE STAFF

Job responsibilities

Organizing, managing and carrying out activities for purchasing requests, receiving, compiling, managing and disbursing aggregates as well as administration in the stockpile for the needs of users within the scope of PT Adaro Indonesia so that they can meet the needs of the company and users.

Job requirement
  • Bachelor Degree of Industrial/Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in warehouse management and or aggregate stockpile
  • Familiar with SAP system
  • Have the ability to control, monitor and administer goods management
  • Certified POP
  • Have knowledge about K3LH

4. INVENTORY & CATALOGER STAFF


Job responsibilities

Planning, managing and carrying out activities and administration of goods management activities in warehouses in the Kelanis warehouse area 1 and managing systems in logistics including as a cataloger in stock items, so as to facilitate the company's operational activities and meet company needs.

Job requirement
  • Bachelor Degree of Industrial/Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 1 year working experience as Cataloger or Inventory Staff
  • Familiar with SAP system
  • Have the ability to control, monitor and administer goods management
  • Certified POP
  • Have knowledge about K3LH

5. HSE COORDINATION AREA 1 OFFICER

Job responsibilities

Ensuring all activities in the coordination area have identified and managed all hazards as well as collect and analyze data on each accident or dangerous event, cause of accident and accident prevention, so that the KPLH aspect of mining operations in the coordination area can achieve the Zero Accident target

Job requirement
  • Bachelor Degree of Engineering (D4/S1)
  • Minimum 4 years experience as a safety officer
  • Have experience as a SMKP Auditor
  • Certified General OHS Expert (AK3 Umum)
  • Certified POP
  • Have knowledge about K3LH


6. OPERATIONAL SAFETY MINE SUPPORT EQUIPMENT OFFICER

Job responsibilities

Responsible for carrying out operational safety programs effectively and consistent related to facilities, infrastructure, installations and mining equipment used on operational areas so it is can run safely, effective, efficient and productive

Job requirement
  • Bachelor Degree (D4/S1) of Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a safety officer or maintenance supervisor
  • Certified General OHS Expert (AK3 Umum) / Electrical Safety Expert (AK3 Umum Listrik) / Lifting / AK3 Pesawat Angkat Angkut
  • Certified POP
  • Have knowledge about K3LH

7. WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Job responsibilities

Ensure the stock in the warehouse can support operational needs and supervise the activities of storing / relasing goods in accordance with FIFO (first in first out) and 5R rules.

Job requirement
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1/D4) of all major.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or related positions in Logistics industry or other similar industry.
  • Understanding about Warehouse Management System
  • Strategic thinking skill
  • Willing to be placed in Kelanis – South Kalimantan (Office Hour/ No Rostering Shift).

8. HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Job responsibilities
  • As onsite HR Point of Contact and build relationships with management and all employees in business units
  • Identify and support the HR function onsite to produce solutions that are credible, focused on customer needs (customer focused), cost-effective and innovative in order to support the implementation of business strategies in the business units for which they are responsible.
  • Provide quality advice in a responsive and supportive manner to managers in business units who are responsible for all aspects of HR with an emphasis on sharing shared responsibilities and granting decision-making rights involving HR issues to achieve organizational efficiency.
  • Provide advising to managers in implementing HR programs in order to facilitate the distribution of responsibilities to the management team and ensure HR issues can be resolved effectively.
  • Manage and implement certain policies, initiatives, work programs and projects related to HR within the agreed timeframe and budget limit to achieve company targets.
  • Measuring the level of success of implementing HR solutions and services in contributing to the effectiveness and efficiency of the company and achieving company targets
  • Support the HR aspect in organizational restructuring initiatives by ensuring that the proposed organizational re-design is in accordance with the needs, is able to correctly identify the impact on each individual, and is able to explain the objectives and selection process as appropriate, in order to support the achievement of company goals.
Job requirement
  • Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable university
  • Having minimum 5 years of exposure in HR field as HR Business Partner, with solid track record in managing Recruitment, Talent, Performance, and Organizational Development
  • Having experience in Agribusiness/Plantation/Forestry/Construction industry with hundreds of employees will be an advantage
  • Good communication, influencing and interpersonal skill
  • Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making
  • Willing to be placed in Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan and travelling to all Adaro Land Job Sites

9. PROCUREMENT OFFICER

Job responsibilities

Conduct procurement activities of goods and services in accordance with the procedures including in the evaluation of vendors / suppliers and implementing administrative activities to support the course of operational activities
  • Checking goods that will be ordered to supplier in the form of price, quality, quantity, delivery, payment terms and make CQS
  • Prepare PO / WO accompanied with supporting documents such as PR / WR, quotation, contract so that the process of purchasing goods or use of services can take place according to procedure
  • Negotiate for procurement of goods / services
  • Ensure the fulfillment of legal documents related to goods / services that, for example: licenses, import documents, certification and so on
  • Coordinate the delivery of goods in order with the delivery service
  • Ensure insurance coverage clauses and or product warranty for every procurement of goods requiring insurance coverage
  • Ensure the goods are received by the authorities and on time at the site
  • Recording, inventory control and monitoring goods in and out of the warehouse
  • Conducting office and mess needs on site and keeping track of their usage
Job requirement
  • Bachelor Degree of Any Major from reputable University
  • Having minimum 3 years of experience as Procurement Supervisor/ Officer/Specialist/Staff in various industries such as construction, plantation, agribusiness, forestry, etc
  • Having good communication skill, negotiation skill
  • Willing to be placed in Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan or any Adaro Land Sites job (Non roster)

10. CHEMIST SUPERVISOR

Job responsibilities

Responsible on the operation of the Water Treatment (Raw Water, Process Water and Demine Water), Waste Water Treatment Plant, Water & Steam quality, coal quality and chemical in order to ensure quality and safety is according to Power Plant needs, required standard, K3LH procedure and applicable procedure.
  • Organize and control the operational Water Treatment Plant & Waste Water Treatment Plant equipment, Boiler water & Steam quality and coal quality in all circumstances to maintain the availability of Power Plant and ensure all the activity and qualty record is accurate and well documented
  • Control and monitor the analyzer equipment of water & waste water and steam quality and ensure the accuracy analyzing result of data parameter in orderto provide recommendation action to ensure the continuity of Power Plant Operations.
  • Plan and monitor the availability required chemical material in order to ensure the continuity of Power Plant Operations
  • Conduct the investigation and provide the proposed solution arising to the Plant (trouble, abnormal operational condition, danger sign) and provide the solution to be followed up to support the continuity and availability of Power Plant
  • Prepare Faults Report from force stage and prepare also to review the quality and accuracy of the required information to be reported to Maintenance Department for further corrective action in Water Treatment and Waste Water Treatment Facilities.
  • Provide regular report such as Quality of Plant operational, Work Order, Chemical material utilization in accordance with Company, Lender and Government Standard
  • Support data for an annual budget plan to be reviewed by the department head so that Power Plant operation is reliable and smooth.
  • Conduct inspection, monitoring and revalidation for Permit-To-Work on chemical contained work activities to ensure all required working documents and action is done in accordance with applicable company procedure.
Job requirement
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree graduate majoring in Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 (three) years of experience in related position of power plant industry
  • Good command in English both verbal and written
  • Willing to be based in Tanjung - Tabalong, South Kalimantan

11. MAINTENANCE MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR

Job responsibilities

Responsible to supervise the Power Plant maintenance on Mechanical equipment of Steam Turbine Generator (STG) to support the achievement of company objective in accordance with compliance to K3LH regulation, Company Policy, procedure and standard.
  • Supervise maintenance of STG equipment maintenance activities in accordance with procedure and standard regulation of the company such as on PPE, correct working tools to avoid any risk in order to ensure the maintenance activities runs safely.
  • Implement maintenance STG equipment maintenance according to maintenance mechanical yearly plan in preventive and corrective maintenance mechanical with the aspects of compliance related standards.
  • Support data for annual budget plan for mechanical STG equipment maintenance to be proposed to Superior and Conduct the implementation of the approved budget in order to achieve Maintenance Mechanical section target.
  • Prepare and develop procedure/ manual instruction, tools and material/spare part to supporting the maintenance work for STG.
  • Evaluate the implementation procedure and work method, material, working duration, trouble shooting and risk assessment during maintain of STG equipment maintenance to improve of working effectively, efficiency and safely.
  • Control and coordinate Work Order and Trouble Memo using POMMS) in order to ensure the work is assigned and the work implementation is well monitored.
  • Analyze equipment performance and provide recommendation for any improvement of mechanical STG equipment maintenance in order to maintain and increase the equipment reliability.
  • Coordinate and conduct root because analysis, troubleshooting and required action then prepare report for high risk work of electrical equipment in order to solve the trouble in safely, precisely and timely manner.
  • Monitor availability stock of spare part and consumable material of mechanical STG equipment in order to ensure the smoothness of equipment maintenance.
Job requirement
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 (three) years of experience in related position of power plant industry in Steam Turbine Generator (STG) Area
  • Broad experience and proven skills in coal fired power plant operation & maintenance will be advantage.
  • Good command in English both verbal and written
  • Willing to be based in Tanjung - Tabalong, South Kalimantan
