PT Adaro Energy Tbk adalah perusahaan pertambangan unggul dan produsen batu bara terbesar kedua di Indonesia. Saat ini,  PT Adaro Eenergy sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk lulusan / pendidikan S1 , berikut kami informasikan posisi yang tersedia dan kualifikasinya. 


1. FINANCE SECTION HEAD

Job responsibilities
  • Conduct socialization and implementation of finance administrative procedures to ensure all process and transaction (projects and operational) run smoothly and well organized
  • Preparing and analizing data for planning Finance Department’s budget
  • Monitoring and controlling payment process and back charge to contractors, suppliers and related parties to ensure their document are complete and correct also realized on time
  • Monitoring company’s cash flow, especially the management of receivables, payables, and project’s fund to ensure the availability of funds for the company’s operations and projects
  • Ensure all payment to or from customers are properly monitored
  • Make financial planning and analysis it regularly, so it can be recommendation for operational activities to support Finance Director in decision making
Job requirement
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in economic or accounting
  • Min 3 years experience of working as Finance Section Head
  • Advance competencies in Cash Flow Projection, Account Receivable, Financial Planning, Develop System & Procedure, and Documentation Management
  • Good communication, influencing skill and interpersonal skill
  • Good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office, Jakarta

2. IT INFORMATION & APPLICATION SPV SUPPORT

Job responsibilities
  • Doing system requirement process with user, then analyze and transform it into technical design
  • Making system design, user interface, and database system as a reference in the programming process
  • Build and developing a system or application by coding with a programming language (based on the system or application design) in order to support the company’s operational activities
  • Monitoring fulfillment system or application requested by the user on time
  • Preparing documentation of scripts functional spec for on going project to simplify the process of maintenance and further development
  • Supporting the preparation of the required report, in order to support the company’s operational activities
  • Providing troubleshoot and maintenance about operating system or application, and provide repairs
  • Providing troubleshoot and maintenance about operating system or application and provide repairs, include updating
  • Supporting and ensure each user use ERP program accordance with the system and procedure implemented by the company
  • Making manual book about the application that has been made for guiding user to use the application
Job requirement
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Informatics System or Informatics Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of working as MIS Staff/Programmer or 3 years of working as System Analyst Supervisor
  • Advance skill in Database Management, IT Awareness and IT System Management
  • Good communication, influencing skill and interpersonal skill
  • Good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office, Jakarta

3. ASSET OPERATION STAFF

Job responsibilities
  • Support Asset Management Operation on site including daily coordination with customers, administration & documentation, ensure the operation runs smoothly as per standard of Service Level Agreement
  • Checking & monitoring Asset management Operation on site
  • Provide good services of Facility Management to the customers
Job requirement
  • Bachelor Degree of any major
  • Having minimum 1 years of working experience in General Affairs/ Asset Operation Management/ Property Management
  • Having good interpersonal skill, able to work in dynamic working environment


4. IMPORT AND CUSTOM CLEARANCE OFFICER

Job responsibilities
  • Responsible for performing all administrative duties for import and delivery of goods as well as to collect, archive and provide documents for procurement to support the project.
  • Responsible for the compliance of the company’s procurement activities with the prevailing government regulations and laws as well as to verify the condition of the company’s procured assets to ensure all assets are according to specification.
Job requirement
  • Bachelor degree from all major with min. GPA 3.25
  • Min 3 years experience handling import documentation and asset management
  • Experienced in maintain procurement system database to support import activities
  • Good knowledge of government import and custom clearance regulation
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skill (written & spoken) in English and Indonesia


5. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Job responsibilities
  • Prepare & Support Business Research and Development through cooperation with third parties as stakeholder, as well as with other parties in the company
  • Support the development of strategy planning, execution, and finalizing the bidding process conducted by the company.
  • Provide advice related to technical aspects, legal, and commercial use of the potential Business Project
  • Ensuring the feasibility study on the potential for Business Development has done with accurate, timely, and provide an adequate profit
  • Ensuring communication with stakeholders has done well and correctly.
  • Make sure all the requirements contained in the tender documents have been met by the company as a complete, precise, and accurate.

Job requirement
  • Bachelor Degree of any major
  • Having minimum 3 years of working experience as Business Development Officer/ Supervisor in Forestry/ Agribusiness/or any related industries
  • Having good Communication Skills, Operations Control, and Financial & Business Analysis Overview
  • Willing to travel to Adaro Job Sites
