1. Management Trainee

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • Assisting management team to recruit, hire, evaluate, train, and develop Sales Associates
  • Support and involved in various HR projects
  • Receive training and perform duties in several departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance

  • Minimum GPA 3.0

  • Act as the technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions.
  • Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of the build, system testing, and implementation phases of the project.
  • Transform business function requirements into technical program specs to code, test, and debug programs.
  • Develop, code, document, and execute unit tests, systems, integration and acceptance tests, and testing tools for functions of high complexity.
  • Perform performance tuning to improve performance over multiple functions Engage other technical team members in the design, delivery, and deployment of solutions.
  • Ensure integration system activities including monitoring the technical architecture (particularly scalability, availability, and archiving) meet all SLAs.
  • Manage operational support, performing work during change windows as well as providing on-call support as required by the team. Undertake performance tuning activities for SAP integration activities.
  • Mentored and coached junior developer resources.
  • Provide consulting services on new and existing initiatives

3. Finance Manager (AR)

Deksripsi Pekerjaan
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the AR department: create, implement and maintain policies, procedures, and controls, streamline billing and collection process, and cash application functions for the company.
  • Monitor aging balances and cash flow.
  • Manage monthly AR closing process including reconciliation of AR sub-ledger to GL and prepare AR month-end schedules, revenue report, and reconciliation to GL and metrics used for internal reporting.
  • Reviews with management creditworthiness decisions on marginal credit approvals and slow-paying accounts.

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 7 years (s) of working experience in retail business as AR Finance.
  • Possess a finance strategic approach to deal with outside competitions.
  • Empathy for the various parties on a deal and an ability to adapt to fast-changing processes regarding the company or government regulations.

4. Support Supervisor

  • Maintain office facility and assets: liaise with building management, make sure the environment could promote the productive work, neat, tidy, and clean all the time, record all the office assets, routine office facility checking, supervises work of contractors in connection with the maintenance and improvement of buildings and building facilities.
  • Communicate with related suppliers/vendors in purchasing office supplies or office maintenance.

  • Conduct Training Needs analysis
  • Conduct training curriculum and design the content for digital program
  • Deliver training
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and result
  • Prepare report related to the training process and employee development
  • Review training and development records, identify and collate training needs, and identify the gaps. Assign and coordinate the appropriate training for all current employees in line with their roles
  • Implement the training schedule for all employees, establishing review dates and further training in line with employee’s role and the requirements of external bodies
  • Map out training plans for new starters and allocate required training and induction programs on commencement with Company

  • Create and design print and digital materials
  • Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to the deadline
  • Retouch and manipulate images
  • Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and Graphic Design Manager to develop design concepts
  • Receive feedback from the Creative Director and Graphic Design Manager and make necessary changes
  • Assemble final presentation material for printing as needed

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design major preferred
  • Have experience in the full-time work environment
  • Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals
  • Experience with InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator

11. Video Editor

  • Create video content to gain user engagement (within Erajaya Digital vertical social media account) and align with the social media team.
  • Proactively find the newest initiatives which are trending in digital marketing that can be processed and implemented in our own channel
  • Manage production timeline as per marketing calendar and align with the social handle team.
  • Monitoring video production/content timeline for social media asset
  • Delivery of video content and campaign as per Marketing Calendar

  • Bachelor degree in Design or equivalent
  • Exposure to creating and managing video production for social media needs (Youtube & IG)
  • Experienced in directing production till post-production

  • Skill: after effect, premiere, adobe audition, illustrator

12. Stock Analyst Distribution Supervisor
