PT Freeport Indonesia Merupakan perusahaan tambang mineral afiliasi dari Freeport-McMoRan (FCX) dan Mining Industry Indonesia ( MIND ID ). PTFI menambang dan memproses bijih menghasilkan konsentrat yang mengandung tembaga, emas dan perak. 

Kami memasarkan konsentrat ke seluruh penjuru dunia dan terutama ke smelter tembaga dalam negeri, PT Smelting. Kami beroperasi di dataran tinggi terpencil di Pengunungan Sudirman, Kabupaten Mimika, Provinsi Papua, Indonesia

Tambang di kawasan mineral Grasberg, Papua - Indonesia merupakan salah satu deposit tembaga dan emas terbesar di dunia. Kami saat ini menambang pada fase akhir tambang terbuka Grasberg. 

Kami tengah mengerjakan beberapa proyek pada kawasan mineral Grasberg sehubungan dengan pengembangan beberapa tambang bawah tanah berkadar tinggi yang berskala besar dan berumur panjang. 

Secara total, semua tambang bawah tanah ini diharapkan menghasilkan tembaga dan emas skala besar sehubungan dengan peralihan dari tambang terbuka Grasberg.


Lowongan Kerja PT Freeport Indonesia

Saat ini, PT Freeport Indonesia sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk lulusan / pendidikan S1 , berikut kami informasikan posisi yang tersedia dan kualifikasinya. 

1. VP Smelter and Refining, Business Process

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and ten (10) years progressive managerial experience and business administration in mining operations, mineral beneficiation and refining processes or relative field.
  • Proven experience as manager for a variety of administrative business functions.Experience in green field start-up operation.
  • Proven track record in setting up of business systems across multiple departments. In depth knowledge of enterprise system SAP is essential.
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures, compliance and strong governance practices, in addition to departmental and legal policies.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule and budget.
  • Excellent knowledge in material management and supply chain is essential.
  • Strong knowledge in financial and facilities management principles including budget management.
  • Experience in applying technology to improve business process and controls.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization using spoken and written media approaches.
  • An analytical and strategic skillset to assess and solve problems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A team player with collaboration and leadership skills with a focus on functional support to the success of the operations objectives.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree (Masters Level) and qualifications in business administration and business functions.
  • Qualifications and knowledge in Project Management such as PMP (PMBOK) or Prince2 or equivalent.
  • Supply Chain qualifications such as SCPro (CSCMP), CPIM/CSCP (APICS), CIPS or equivalent.


2. Administration Assistant to Exploration & Joint Venture Clerk

Minimum Education and Experience
  • S1 (bachelor’s degree) preferably in Accounting/Finance or
  • Equivalent with 1 – 3 years related experience in multi-national companies and/or public accounting firm.
Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters):
  • Analytical skill, especially in financial.
  • Careful in details.
  • Computer and MIMS skill.
  • English.
  • Communication/interpersonal skill (with users/employees and banks).
  • Honest.
  • Tax knowledge.
  • Fully understand company’s policies and procedures.


3. General Ledger/Financial Closing & Non Exploration

Minimum Education and Experience
  • S1 (bachelor’s degree) in Accounting/Finance or equivalent with 1 – 3 years related experience in multi-national companies and/or public accounting firm.
Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)
  • Analytical skill, especially in financial.
  • Careful in details.
  • Computer and MIMS skill.
  • English.
  • Communication/inter personal skill (with users/employees and banks).
  • Honest.
  • Tax knowledge.
  • Fully understand company’s policies and procedures.


4. Accountant, Payroll-Contractor

Minimum Education and Experience
  • S1 (bachelor’s degree) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management or equivalent experiences, with basic technical knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Experience in Accounting field for 0 – 3 years (payroll and taxation matters) is highly recommended.
  • Must be familiar with computer (Excel spreadsheet) and experience with any payroll system is recommended.
Job Responsibility:
  • Process monthly National Contractor Pro-Forma Invoice of PTFI and Privatization accurately and submit to each contractor on a timely manner in order to maintain good relationship with clients.
  • Process Trakindo Invoice in Contract Invoice System to ensure timely payment.
  • Prepare monthly accrual & allocation journals of Pro- forma Invoice accurately and timely to meet closing deadline.
  • Prepare contractor payroll monthly reconciliation on a timely basis (hours and account liability) to supports supervisor making the proper financial report to PTFI Management.
  • Process Performance Bonus Award for all Contractors accurately and timely to be paid on timely.
  • Investigate any complaints from employees or department and resolve the problem i.e., overtime adjustment, contract labor cost allocation and rate per hour in order to satisfy the customers.


5. Accountant Payroll JKTA, YPJ, NMI, MI

Minimum Education and Experience
  • S1 (bachelor’s degree) in Accounting/Economics/Management with 0 – 3 years’ experience in payroll and taxation or equivalent experience.
Job Responsibility:
  • Prepare and process monthly salary for PTFI Jakarta office, NMI & YPJ employees accurately and transfer/deposit to the bank timely in order to satisfy the customers.
  • Prepare and Process regular/irregular bonuses and termination payments if any for PTFI Jakarta office, NMI & YPJ employees accurately and timely.
  • Prepare and process the monthly payroll journal for PTFI Jakarta office, NMI & YPJ employees’ accurate allocation and in a timely manner to meet monthly accounting closing schedule.
  • Prepare and process monthly accrual & allocation journals (i.e., THR, KPI and Payroll Overhead) for PTFI Jakarta office, NMI & YPJ employees accurately and on a timely basis to meet monthly accounting closing schedule.
  • Prepare DUMTK report and Jamsostek payment for PTFI Jakarta office, NMI & YPJ employees accurately and on a timely manner to meet the GOI schedule.
  • Prepare monthly activity report of Compensation and Benefits for employees with the proper data to support supervisor making the financial information to Senior High Level.
  • Investigate any complaints from employee or Department and resolve the problem i.e., missing bank account, basic salary, etc. to inform related department of the factual.


6. Chief Accountant Surface Mine

Minimum Education and Experience
  • S1 (bachelor’s degree) in Accounting with 5 – 7 years accounting experiences in mining or oil company, or
  • Business Administration or Finance with 4 years relevant experience.

  • Excellent in English both oral and written.
  • Computer skill.
  • Self-motivated and creative.
  • Presentation and communication skill.


7. Superintendent Mill & Oreflow Accounting

Minimum Education and Experience
  • S1 (bachelor’s degree) in Accounting with 7 years experiences in mining operation accounting and
  • 10 years experience as supervisory capacity
Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)
  • Excellent in English both oral and written.
  • Computer skill.
  • Self motivated and creative.
  • Mining company experience.
  • Presentation and communication skill.


8. Chief Accountant Underground Mine

Minimum Education and Experience:
  • S1 (bachelor’s degree) in Accounting with 5 – 7 years accounting experiences in mining or oil company, or
  • Business Administration or Finance with 4 years relevant experience.
Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters):
  • Excellent in English both oral and written.
  • Computer skill.

9. Head, Audit & Financial Analysis

Requirement:
  • S1 (bachelor’s degree) in Accounting/finance. He has deep knowledge in GAAP, IAS, IFRS and other reporting requirements and tax regulations.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years proven managerial skills and work experience in an international public accounting firm and / or multinational company.


10. Superintendent Financial Analysis & Smelter Development

Requirement:
  • S1 (bachelor’s degree) in Accounting/Finance. He has deep knowledge in GAAP, IAS, IFRS and other reporting requirements and tax regulations.
  • Minimum of 8 years proven skills and work experience in an international public accounting firm and / or multinational company.


11. Chief Accountant Financial Report & Forecast

Minimum Education and Experience
  • S1 (bachelor’s degree) in Accounting with 5 years’ experience in Mining or Oil & Gas industry or in audit firm.

12. Chief Accountant Exploration, Financial Closing & Joint Venture

  • 5 – 7 years related experience in multi-national companies and/or public accounting firm.

13. Superintendent Financial Report Forecasting and Management

Requirements:
  • S1 (bachelor’s degree) in Accounting/Finance
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance and accounting of a multinational company including a minimum of 5 up years in a supervisor position as an external auditor with a proven supervisory skills and work experience in the international public accounting firm.
